To thank you for your participation in the recent Performance Management for the Judiciary Conference held by the Performance Institute, Dan Hall, NCSC Court Services Vice President, asked that we invite you to the National Center’s upcoming Court Solutions Conference, September 18-20th in Baltimore, Maryland. Following the Performance Institute conference, many of you expressed to Dan an interest in exploring more realistic and practical ways of integrating performance into your court’s management system. 

The National Center shares that interest. Court Solutions offers a specific track that addresses the integration of workload, court culture, and court performance. At the National Center, we feel a responsibility to the court community and see two immediate tasks we can do to assist you:  (1) develop products and services to help courts implement successful court performance systems; and (2) create a national network of court practitioners with experience in this area who can share their experiences.
