Who is eligible to join?
Court employees, judicial officers, Judicial Council staff, Administrative Office of the Courts staff, court consultants, information technology vendors, and others working with state courts.

Guidelines
We want to keep the CourTools online meeting place a vibrant site for learning and discussion. Toward that end, we ask that you adhere to the following simple rules:

• Be kind. We are here to learn and share. Constructive criticisim is welcome part of that process, profanity and disrespectful ranting are not.
• Do not post unrelated or inappropriate links to other Web sites. If you do, they will be deleted.
• Posted materials must honor copyrights. If you are not the author of a document, you must have the author’s permission to post the material.
• Keep your password to yourself. This site is designed for those who work in nand with the state courts on performance measurement issues. We ask that anyone who is interested in participating register in their own name.
• Enjoy! Please drop in regularly to connect with your colleagues.

The site administrator reserves the right to revise these guidelines at any time. As a user, you agree to have your registration information stored in an NCSC database.
